• Content you provide: uploaded resumes and generated resume content
• Payment processing: Stripe handles payment details; we receive payment status and metadata
• Usage data: anonymized analytics to improve the product

How we use data

• Provide and secure your account and the resume generator
• Process payments and manage credits
• Improve features using aggregated, anonymized usage insights
• Communicate service updates (e.g., account, billing, security)

Sharing

We share data only with essential processors: Stripe (payments). We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

We keep account and resume data while your account is active or as needed for service, security, or legal requirements.

Your choices

• You can delete uploaded documents and generated files from your account.
• You can request account deletion via support.

Security

We use industry-standard controls, including encryption in transit. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong password.

Children

ResumeMaker is not directed to children under 16.
