SWEResume Terms of Service

Agreement

By using SWEResume, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments and credits

• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
• Credits are consumed when generating resumes.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Subscriptions

• If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring billing through Stripe until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal or any other method we make available.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
• Subscription credits reset for each billing cycle and may expire at the end of that billing cycle.
• We may change subscription pricing or plan features in the future. Any changes will apply prospectively as permitted by law.
• Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused credits.
• If your payment method fails or your subscription is canceled, suspended, or terminated, access to subscription benefits may be limited or ended.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges associated with your subscription.

User content

• You own your uploaded and generated resume content.
• You grant us a limited license to process and display it to provide the service.
• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content; no abuse of the service.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• No unauthorized access to other users' data.

Services and availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Features may change.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to amounts you paid for the service in the last 3 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law; disputes will be resolved in applicable U.S. courts.
