Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Payments and credits
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
Credits are consumed when generating resumes.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
User content
You own your uploaded and generated resume content.
You grant us a limited license to process and display it to provide the service.
No illegal, infringing, or harmful content; no abuse of the service.
Acceptable use
No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
No unauthorized access to other users' data.
Services and availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Features may change.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to amounts you paid for the service in the last 3 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law; disputes will be resolved in applicable U.S. courts.
