Markus Fink, Senior Technical Recruiter, formerly at Google and Airbnb. He reviews each resume by hand. The AI analysis is where he starts, and the review itself is his.
What do I get back? +
Notes from Markus and a reviewed version of your resume. The reviewed version appears in your resume list marked "Reviewed by Markus", and you get one email when it is ready. The review also unlocks the full AI analysis for that resume.
Do I need to build my resume in SWE Resume first? +
No. Upload the PDF you already send to employers on this page and it goes to Markus. If you have built a resume in the app, you can send that one from the app instead.
How long does a review take? +
Markus aims to return each review within 48 hours of receiving your resume. He reviews each one by hand, so it can take longer at busy times or over a weekend. You get one email when it is ready.
Can I get a refund? +
Yes, until your review is delivered. You can cancel any time before Markus sends it, including if it is taking longer than 48 hours, and a one-time purchase is refunded in full. Once a review has been delivered it is non-refundable. An unused one-time review can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. The Terms of Service have the full policy.
